These tests help assess things like hormone fluctuations, gut dysfunction, stress levels, adrenal health, and nutrient status with much more precision than standard testing.What sets my method apart is the way that I translate that data into a plan that fits you. Together, we build a strategy that is rooted in evidence (informed by both your labs and your lived experience), tailored to your individual needs, supportive (not restrictive), sustainable, realistic and holistic (combining a range of nutrition and lifestyle practices).
